Hi, I’m Denys, a professional photographer and videographer based in Rethymno, Crete.
I love capturing genuine emotions, natural moments, and the little details that make every story unique. My style is bright, natural, and timeless — I prefer real moments and relaxed interactions rather than overly posed photos.
I work throughout Crete and Greece, photographing and filming weddings, proposals, couples, families, events, portraits, fashion, and special celebrations. I can also help with creative shoots, drone photography and video, and proposal or event decoration.
Having lived in Crete for many years, I know many beautiful and less crowded locations around the island and can help you choose the right place and time for your shoot.

Book Denys for your special day photography needs!! He is an amazing person & artist! He exceeded our expectations & we could not have asked for a better photographer & experience from start to finish. We live in the states & wanted elopement photos in Crete, I came across his page on social media & took a “chance” booking his service by only seeing his portfolio & email conversations. From start to finish he has been very attentive & answers all needs and questions in a timely manner. We booked the 2 hour photography session in Rethymno which turned out amazing since it was much less crowded than Chania. Due to us not being familiar with Crete he also provided recommendations for a hairstylist which in turn helped me find a hairstylist, and he provided links for classic rental cars amongst other things. I cannot thank him enough for making our day special & helping us look our best in the photos!

We couldn’t have asked for a better videographer for our wedding at Agreco Farm in Crete. From the very beginning, he made us feel completely at ease—something that meant so much to us on such an important day. His professionalism and calm presence allowed everything to flow naturally, and we were able to truly enjoy every moment without feeling staged or overwhelmed. When we received our videos, we were absolutely blown away. Both the short highlight film and the full video were beautifully captured and perfectly edited—they brought all the emotions of the day rushing back. We will treasure them forever.
