The deposit
The couple pays 30% by card when they book — that holds your date. We keep 15% of the full price and pay the card fees ourselves. The rest of the deposit is yours, paid 7 days after the booking: a window to put any mistake right.
The balance, as the couple chooses
Straight to you, by bank transfer or cash, on your usual terms. Or by card through us, in instalments — then it reaches you when the couple accepts the gallery. The couple pays for that service, not you.
Protection for couples
What couples pay through us is protected: if a photographer cancels, they get it back and we find a replacement. It makes booking someone they found online an easy yes.

What we ask
Three whole weddings
Not a highlight reel. We want to see how you tell a whole day — from getting ready to the last dance — because that’s what couples will look through.

A six-digit code, no password.
Tell us about you
Where you’re based, the regions and languages you work in, your style — and your packages: what couples can book, at your prices.
Upload three whole weddings
20 to 80 photos from each, as the couple received them.
A person looks through them
Usually within a few days. We approve you, or tell you exactly what’s missing.
What’s the catch?
There’s no fee to join and no monthly bill. We earn 15% when a couple books you through us, and nothing otherwise. Plans are optional — they only make you more visible.
When do I get paid?
Your part of the deposit, 7 days after the booking. The balance comes straight from the couple, on your terms — or, if they pay it through us, once they accept the gallery.
Can couples take me off the platform?
Until the deposit, you and the couple talk in our chat and your contact details stay hidden — that’s how we’re paid for bringing you the couple. Once the deposit is paid, talk however you like, and the balance can go straight to you.
What if a couple cancels?
Your part of the deposit stays with you — it held your date. If they’ve paid some of the balance through us, what they get back follows our cancellation tiers: the closer the wedding, the more of it stays with you. If you are the one who cancels, the couple gets everything back — your part of the deposit included — and we find them another photographer.
Do I need a company?
No. Working freelance is fine — in Portugal, with your activity registered at Finanças (recibos verdes), as you already have for your own clients. A company is fine too.
Which languages?
The site and the concierge work in English and Portuguese, and most couples from abroad write in English. On your profile, list every language you work in: couples see them, and we take them into account when we pick the three.
Do I have to be exclusive?
No. Keep your website, your Instagram, your own clients and other platforms. We only ask that couples we introduce to you book through us.
