What happens between telling us about your day and holding your gallery — who does what, and when any money moves.

The whole way, start to finish
Tell us about your day
Where, when and roughly how many people — an exact date, a month, or not sure yet — and the photograph that feels most like you. The concierge shows the photographers and packages that fit straight away. No email needed to look.
Look through whole weddings
Every photographer shows whole days, from getting ready to the last dance, not a highlight reel — with their packages, the price in your currency and a calendar of the dates they are free.
Ask anything
Write to the photographers you like through Lens & Vows: the light at your venue, a second photographer, a different number of hours. Their email and phone are shared once you have booked.
Request your date
Choose a package and a date and send a request. The photographer accepts — or tells you they can’t, and you are free to ask someone else.
Pay the deposit
Once they accept, you pay a 30% deposit by card through Lens & Vows, and the date is yours. It is part of the photographer’s price, not a fee on top. Paying in another currency? The rate is fixed now, for the whole booking.
Pay the rest, your way
Straight to the photographer — bank transfer or cash, on their terms, with nothing extra. Or by card through us, in up to 3 instalments, the last 14 days before the wedding, with a 5% payment-protection fee.
Receive your photographs
The photographer delivers your gallery. You accept it — or it is accepted automatically 14 days after delivery — and only then does what you paid us for the balance reach the photographer.

Shown in your currency, from the first look to the last instalment. The only extra is optional, and only if you pay the balance through us.

Anyone can show twenty perfect frames. A whole day shows how a photographer handles the morning, harsh light, the family photos and a dark dance floor.
Free means free
Photographers keep their calendars here. When your deposit is paid, the date is blocked for everyone else.
Your money waits for your photos
What you pay through us for the balance reaches the photographer only after you accept the gallery.
