You don't want to spend your wedding day posing for a camera. Neither do I. On the day I stay close and quiet, guide you only when the light asks for it, and let the rest unfold the way it really happens. I was born in Sicily and live in Palermo, so I help you plan the day around the light and the distances, in Italian or English, on film and digital.
What I love to photograph is the space between the big moments: hands that find each other during the vows, a parent's face in the second row, and the hour between the church and the dinner when it's just the two of you, somewhere on the coast as the sun goes down.
A few days after their wedding in Cefalù, Emily & Joe wrote to me: "We felt so comfortable with you." That's what I want every couple to feel.
