My approach to a wedding begins with organising the day: together with each couple, we define timings, locations and the best light in advance, so that every important moment finds its proper space and the couple can experience everything with ease, even in front of the lens. For portraits, I work with simple, precise directions designed to put at ease even those who are not used to being photographed, while for the rest of the day I document what unfolds with discretion, so that guests can enjoy the celebration without ever noticing me. My style stays the same from one wedding to the next, because it is what couples choose when they get in touch with me, and the only thing that changes is the day itself, with its schedule and its movements.
